Facts:
  • There are those who say that the whole series was made to screw with your head, or as Graham Chapman put it in one episode,"cause grievous mental confusion to the great British public", but this episode seems to have screwing with your head as its main theme with all the sketches about psychiatry and doctors in general along with more strangeness than usual, hence the unofficial title selected. • Adding to the mind screw theme of this episode, stuffed animals are blown up at every opportunity. (Stavro Arrgolus)
