Yalana's Interests
|
General |
The entire cosmos. ... Is this general enough? ;-) I have come here, to "cyber space", to learn about having a sense of humor. Because my friends do not think I have one. (!?) ;-) But, I was raised to work, and "be seen, and not heard." Little do they know, how extremely funny I think we all are. |
Music |
Most. Any that is happy, funny, beautiful, or different. Weird Al Yankovic is great. |
Movies |
A few. Friends give me their old DVDs. I like the "Pythons" best. I also, finally, got to see the 2009 Star Trek movie! But, I like documentaries the best. These are funniest when we turn off the audio, and play nerdy-docu-karaoke. :-D |
Television |
Rarely. I live out too far in the wilderness. Most TV here is in Mexican, and I am only beginning to learn "Spanglish". I am still trying to unlearn "Slurman", so now, I can REALLY sound funny! ;-D |
Books |
Many. Most are nonfiction subjects: ethnobotany, archeology, architecture (ancient, to Earthships), ... . Is comedy really nonfiction, as well? ;-) Then, Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy, by Douglas Adams! |
Heroes |
I have many. Each, and every person who has ever chosen to be one. No matter how unsung they may "think" they are, I usually notice them. I think that the greatest of heroes are mainly "everyday people", so you would not recognize their names, and they may wish to retain anonymity, so I will not give them here. ... You know who you are! :-D |
