I'll be darned. I didn't know Demento played this. "The Nightly Santa Report." Other people did. It's real cute.
Somewhere a few years before he played this Santa thing I can't remember the title of, screaming about Santa. Oh yeh. Repeating "Christmas is Depressing" to a fever pitch.

It was the same bit I'd use the music for over and over. Other repetitions were "I am an artist/And I must suffer" and "I am a Genius, and I Must Suffer" and "Stanley, You Are Strange" and so on. I found out whether it got on the air when I'd get a vinyl record of the show in the mail. Just couldn't take "Fish Heads" one more time, and Barry managed even to kill Spike Jones that way. An evil man. Evil.
