Well, I made it this far. Well, I'm sorry that I was a Rhodes Scholar who dodged the draft in Europe. Some folks back at home decided they wanted me to be the Governor of Arkansas. So I made some big promises and they got me into office and it was payback time. I made some illegal loans, my wife some money in title futures and now I'm a Bill. And I'll be a Bill unless they vote me out of office in November.

I will be in limbo
Gotta watch my P's and Q's
And my wife says no more bimbos
But I know I'll get another term

Yeah, and I've been a lucky one. Most people wouldn't have made it this far. I hope the Whitewater committee reports on my favorably or I may die. Yeah, die in the election. Ooh! But it looks like I'm gonna live. Unless those files are found buried under the House of Representatives and they impeach me. Well if the find 'em then I go before the Senate and blame it all on my wife Hillary.

That's called a veto. I've managed to hold the 1996 federal budget hostage with a veto. So it went back to Congress and then it'll come back to me and I'll send it back to them and it'll be back to me and then pass it to them...

No but they can all just go strait to Hell
If this year they don't all vote for Bill

Oh, yeah!
