I don't expect a big reaction on this song. It's offensive to both sides of the political debate, and audience members are reminded that the emperor has no clothes. It's easy for everyone to become so polarized that they demonize the other side without stopping to realize that both sides believe that they have the best interests of the country at heart. What the name-calling has done is drive people away from trusting any politician. It's like listening to kids fighting in the back seat on a long trip. Approval ratings for both congress and the president are at an all-time low. It's time that the political discussion was based on common sense rather than emotion. But will common sense prevail? I guarantee that this song will fit in every future political scenario, regardless of which party is in power.

Good to hear. It sounded like the audience was either familiar with the song or highly politically offended -- just not the amount of reaction as in your pirate song.

I hope to do enough studio versions this year to release a CD.
