Topic: Hard to fit vocal ranges.

Because of my vocals singing and talking are naturally high for my age, my rhythm patterns are off or slightly different and I've had no professional training. When I do record I either record long time between recordings months/years and keep trying until my vocal is literally hoarse.  I tend to miss queues starting or after a instrumental bridge. I tend to start strong but the more I mess up and start over the more the song seems pointless from there so the feeling for that one particular session seems less desired. Its hard to find songs in my range.

Years ago I was writing my own songs, all them involving directly or in a sense of the Furry fandom, now all I've been doing is recording material that isn't writing by me and have been altered slightly (don't worry I give full credits to the original writers and the parody lyrics) but I keep re-recording older songs I've already done in the past.

I think I'm washed up... should try to re-record older songs, let them sit as is (the once recorded than release don't re-record them rule)...

Open to collaborate, covers, etc. Back-burners are David Tanny's "Centerfold" parody "Centipede", and "She Drives Me Crazy" based on Five Nights at Freddys" games.

Any suggestion would be appreciated if you read this.

I would hope that you keep looking for your singing range and not just give up.
