Blue's Christmas recorded Nov 2004, my half was recorded using a computer and mix while the backtrack was playing on a CD player in background to sing-a-long to while recording. File was sent to Jaimetud where he recorded his half and mixed the two halves and cleaned up my half on a computer and studio he used in college while he was taking a media class. (Halfshell) |
Leaving the Con recorded around July 2004 at Highpoint Recorders in Shawnee Kansas. Studio was allowed for people to come in to record ameture tracks on your own dime. Recorded song in 7 takes, master ended up being spliced from 7 and 4. Master remained with Highpoint Recorders if they felt may be used for future use as they maintained issue and press information and copyright. A CD of all 7 takes, master splice and backtrack was given to me. The song was intended for a single with 2004's "Blue's Christmas" but because of press copyright, the single never materialized. The song accidentally appeared on "Caught In Map Demo (2006)" album instead of the demo remake, that album was never released. In 2010 Hightpoint Recorders released Press Rights when it went under new owners and remodel. Studio still offers people to record but more on the professional recording and sound. (Halfshell) |
