I'm inclined to agree. I also found another Dore 45 credited to Burrton on Discogs that had a different artist name. So it's very likely the song here is his. No actual connection could be found, though. Not by me, anyway.

I'd call it if something, anything stated a connection. Until then, 90% certainty remains not good enough and we don't gamble with maybes. But there's nothing wrong with stating that it's 'very likely' him.
