Here's the rule about artist name changes.

Ordinarily, your stage name is what gets entered into the members box - unless you change it. Then, I say to hell with it and put the artist's real name (if known) in the members box of both stage name pages, linking them.

This saves a lot of needless aggravation & would likely solve the Sudden Death/Devo Spice page problem if his catalog wasn't so massive and it being next to impossible to know precisely where/when one ends & the other begins.

And as always: Linking = good, Merging = bad.
