Ronn Lucas is an American ventriloquist from El Paso, Texas who performs in Las Vegas with his puppets Buffalo Billy the Cowboy, Scorch the Dragon, and Chuck the Punk. Ronn had his own show in England for Thames Television from 1990 to 1995 called The Ronn Lucas Show, has appeared on the 1990 Match Game as a panelist, made a guest appearance on the fourth season premiere episode of Night Court, and has appeared on many late night talk shows from The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson and The Late Show With David Letterman. Ronn also had his own Disney Channel special in the late 80s called "Who's In Charge Here?" where Buffalo Billy let fame go to his head and became a star during Ronn's act leaving him and the other puppets pushed to the side.
