Formed out of the duo,"Hoosiers on Vacation", singer/songwriter Tim Considine ("T.C.") (vocals, guitars) and keyboard player Mike Kelley evolved into the Derelicks by 1987... "Getting Ugly", their first release (cassette only),was an acoustic unplugged recording (1991). Some of the songs would reappear on later Derelicks recordings with full band arrangements..."Quick Trip Up, Long Slide Down" (cassette/CD) expanded their roots rock sound and included the songs, "Capital F" and "Too Late For You" (1995)...1998 saw the release of the Derelicks fan favorite, "Continued Pointless Obscurity" and added Adam White (drums), Brent Mcnamara (bass), Ken Simpson (backing vocals) and Oliver Morris (keyboards/production) to the team (includes "I'm Stalking You", "Many Moons Ago", "No Doughnuts for Shirley" and "Herbie the Psycho Homo Serial Killer")...Following a love affair gone horribly wrong, the 2002 CD release, "Broken Art", (same line-up) found T.C. in recovery mode and included the songs, "Trying so Hard to Forget", "Your the Fool", "Where Can You Be" and "Drinking Beer in the Rain"....By the fall of 2007, the long-awaited, highly anticipated new Derelicks CD, "Trouble at the Circus" will be released. Pulling out all the stops, T.C. invited some fine Indy musicians in to help out the same old derelicks with a great bunch of songs....Derelicks streams, downloads and CDs available through cdbaby.com/derelicks, i-tunes and other outlets...check your local web...e-mail: t.c.@thederelicks.com
