3 cups rotini (uncooked) 1/2 lb chicken, chopped 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp parsley 1 tbsp oregano ----
Cook pasta according to directions. Lightly brown chicken in pan, use pam to keep it from sticking. Drain pasta when done, add herbs and olive oil. Stir in chicken and cheese. Heat on low for 2 minutes, then serve. Makes 4 servings.
*Pasta salad is one of the banes of my existence.
