Why can't we have videos here like we can on Facebook or YouTube?
If we can embed YouTube videos here why can't I embed my video in my blog?
What am I doing wrong?

In the old days a video would pre-load. There is no video pre-loader here. This is just a picture as a placeholder.
Clicking on the picture will not play a video.
