| Speaking as a Technical Writer who's been writing manuals longer than you've owned computers (23 years):
What a GREAT song!
I especially liked the lines:
"It's supposed to help you with your new machine
Which I've never seen"
Which happens in about half the projects I've worked on--"It'll work sort of like this--so write the manual based on that."
