Confirmed. It's an English version cover (one of many) of "Moonlight Densetsu" by "EileMonty", or Eileen Montgomery, a British voice actress. Her IMDb credentials are valid enough - and she's also involved with the My Little Pony thing...go figure. She even has a very minor part in Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, a fan-based parody of the original (I'm a big fan of it). But no Sailor Moon. Perhaps I'm just missing it, but this is a cover as far as I know and not the official translated version.
Guys, knock it off with the Brony stuff for a while. I'm trying to get the Halloween TMMS shows made and this crap isn't helping. I'm officially turning everything even remotely Brony related over to Dave so I can focus on the holiday shows in some semblance of peace & quiet.
