Or so says the first line of his Patreon page. So I'm thinking...no. 

Being in any independent business venture (like music) involves becoming a corporate entity or an LLC (don't get me started...) to avoid the gaze of the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal - er, the tax man.  And if you think things are bad here, it's worse in Europe, where hardcore socialism runs rampant. George Harrison famously found this out the hard way and retaliated by writing the best song ever on the subject which opened the Beatle's album, 'Revolver'.

Only 20 seconds of research was required to show me that "Frog Leap Studios" is the name of said entity for Leo. It's also the name of his YouTube channel. There's even a "Frog Leap" band, but there's no evidence this band was the artist that made this metal version of this show theme. If I find out otherwise, I can change it, but 'studios' are rarely artist names.
