fiogf49gjkf0d Well, I've managed to nail this puppy to the ground. This show will be posted Monday or Tuesday. Not screwing around. I mean it this time.
Time to work on show 3. The concepts for it are long since done and it's mostly assembled, but, as always, some space was left for requests - though if this show was any indication, I should just fill the damn thing up now and get on with it.
Maybe I'll post the mini-themes on the 3rd show's thread later.

fiogf49gjkf0d I don't have a Thanksgiving avatar, so this "Harlock with wine" picture will have to do.
The killer storm didn't knock out power up here, so production of this second show and assembly of the others can continue.
Here are the mini-themes for show 2:
Seg. 1: Because It's All About Stuff (What we all want for Xmas)
Seg. 2: Santa Gets Laid...Again
Seg. 3: Here Come De Classics
Seg. 4: Cashing In On Christmas (commercialism)
Seg. 5: Klassix 4 U
Seg. 6: Screw Christmas with a Stick (anti-Xmas songs)
Needless to say, these shows are not about poles, boxing, or even Rubber Hamsters™.

fiogf49gjkf0d It's long & hard & full of...that's not eggnog, is it? I need to move on to show 2 to have it all done in time.
Despite the irreverent name, this show will have 2 segments of classics - though much of the whole show will also have them, themes or no themes. This will be a slightly more traditional & listenable show; one that you may want to hear more than once this season.
Yes, much of this show's assembled, but places have been set aside for requests.
Concepts for this show will revolve around commercialism - 'What I Want for Xmas", "Cashing In", "Santa letting China make the toys and deciding just to get laid, etc."
These are the things to request songs about in this one.
