Topic: I cannot save The Mad Music Show to my PC

And it still works that way - except for the downloading part. You can't just press the speaker icon on the show page to get it to play though. You also have to press play above each segment of the show to get it to start.

I misstated the problem.  When I click on the speaker icon the show doesn't play for me at all.  Back in the old days when I click on the speaker icon to play the show, it would go to a new page in Chrome and begin playing.  While there I could right-click to save the .MP3 file.

When Wayne first set up Mad Music Archive the downloading of shows was allowed until the copyright lawyers threatened to shut the site down. Wayne now pays for a streaming license so you can listen to the shows here but you can not download them.
You should be able to download The Mad Music Podcast for free from iTunes. You might check into that.

I have heard that some 3rd party download helpers may grab copies of video and audio off the internet. You might try one of them.

I used to do that so I could listen to it while traveling to and from work, but now it appears to be taken away.  Can anyone tell me why or, better yet, how I can get the MP# files saved to my computer?  Thanks.
