After giving this some thought, I decided to extend my final run to January of 2027 as I had originally planned. However, I will not be going weekly for this occasion as I will continue to go biweekly. So here is the new scheduled slated to begin October 2nd which was originally suppose to be the final show.

October 2026:

Episode 158 (January 8th) The FuMP’s 20th anniversary

The second to last show that I had originally scheduled for September 25th and have already recorded is now rescheduled for October 2nd. All I have to do is re-record the outro and announce that the final run of my show is extended. Two reasons I did this. The first is because there's far too much more music I still want to play and I want one last chance to have a Halloween and Christmas show. And the second reason is because now with my gallstones gone, no more pain when recording.

October will only have two Halloween shows this year instead of three, November will be a somewhat preparation for the holidays including songs that associate with Thanksgiving such as the holiday itself, the parade, the food, football, and yes politics because that's what many want to talk at the dinner table these days. The other November show will be both a pre-holiday show with a slight few Christmas songs, and my last chance to remember Logan Whitehurst on what will be his 20th anniversary of his tragic passing from brain cancer.

December is when I will do my final Christmas shows plus the one lone Hanukkah portion, and then January is where it all ends with two shows. The first will be my only tribute to the FuMP's 20th anniversary, and then the final will be the already planned final episode with some changes made. That said, now I have some more shows to work on for the final run, and I'm also extending the deadline for shoutouts from September 25th to January 1st.
