Has anybody found a portable TV set with a built in ATSC tuner?

That would be the Supersonic SC-193A. Amazon has the same one for $20 cheaper.

If you want something a little larger, they also have a Coby TFTV1022 with a 10.2 inch screen for $170 that will tune both ATSC and NTSC, so it will work with your legacy VCRs and stuff.
