fiogf49gjkf0d I downloaded the stream of that movie that Jake linked to at freakinfunnymusic.com. I'll likely run that through my TV sometime over Christmas.... If nobody complains. Otherwise, there's always "Elf".... and "Baby It's Cold Outside" is not meant to be a Christmas song.

I think we are going to start a family tradition this year. My wife is going Christmas carolling this evening with a group from the church, so while she is out, my kids and I will watch my newly picked up from the 99 Cents store copy of "Santa Claus vs. The Martians." Think it's age appropriate for 2 year olds?

fiogf49gjkf0d Around here, mmm...25 years or so ago, a local UHF station ran that movie as a "Xmas tradition" every year. I never missed it. Even so, if you're not a fan of cult kitsch, movies like this are unwatchable. I think it's so much better with the MST3K treatment. This is the movie that "Patrick Swayze Xmas" comes from. ..."and Santa can be our regular Saturday night..thing"
