Yes, that would do. That parrot might be a Norwegian Blue.
If we could find the original, I'd use my ancient copy of Photoshop and mess with the colors - (coat & hat: black, hair: white, belt & glove: brown, parrot: blue [duh]) It's probably pining for the fjords.
