I just got mixcloud and I'll be doing some test shows to see how they sound.

I'm changing the format of the segments once I re-relaunch the show.

There will be four segments at 57:20 each. There will be no more 18 minute, 10 minute and 1 minute segments.

Mixcloud does not permit segments shorter than 20 minutes long.

Sorry. No date yet set. In fact, it will get a new name once I resume production once I am finally settled in my new home. I might do one four-hour show and count down the top 10 funny song request of the month to bring back the spirit of the old live KMET Dr. Demento shows he used to do live weekly in Los Angeles. We'll have to wait and see.

It's The I.S.G.D. (new name for an old show) with a brand new episode for the first time in five years. The subject: Halloween 2017 Part 2. Not a misprint. 2017. We aired part 1 in October 2017, then our production unit got shut down. We promised part 2 and it's been hastily cobbled together in a cloud a few weeks ago with just a phone, a text to voice app, a cloud, and an uplink to the mad music website. Daniel guest hosts since I don't have a laptop or a microphone and produced the show in pieces using a wifi connection at work. Whatever. Here it is. Finally. Updates:

1. My apartment leasing application has been approved. Move-in date to be announced.

2. I might be producing some holiday-themed episodes of The ISGD once I get a USB microphone, my high speed internet service installed, my computer set-up, and more after I move in and get everything set up.

3. The ISGD (formerly I Still Get Demented) Halloween 2017 Part 2 (as promised but never delivered) will go live on October 1 and will be seen on the front page of the Mad Music website all month long.

4. New four-hour monthly episodes of The ISGD will go live on the second Friday of each month. We might cover as many as four subjects per month, play a bunch of old stuff in my collection, and, or course, new updated sweepers.

5. I'm going to hold off on doing a monthly top 10 until I get hundreds of active listeners to participate in the feature. 

6. There is no number 6.

7. Bear with me. I had to use a text to voice website to announce the October 2022 show as I have no microphone, my phone recording app quality stinks, and all my older digital voice recorders were donated as their audio quality stank.

8. I plan on releasing some new material in 2023.

    I'm still waiting for my leasing application to be approved by both the landlord and the assisted housing case worker. Wish the folks would just update me on my progress or else I'll keep on searching for a place to live.
