I picked up a bar of Lindt 99% cocao dark chocolate in a mall in Schamburg, Il. I think it's only found in Lindt candy stores. Try this site: www.lindtusa.com/ You might find a store near you. ^^

Where do you score 99% cocao dark chocolate? I have a hard time finding anything over 80%. Is there a chocolate underground? Are there chocolate cocao pushers looming in less disirable sections of town?
