yeah NY residents don't like the new law it was past last year to take effect Jan 1st and Scott took advantage of it just to try get locked up as he has no place to go he is homeless he loves jail that why he has a 50 page rapsheet. He is still in jail after his 3rd arrest, lol
I live in Troy and I was shocked when I heard him on the dumb newsbreak I was LMAO and I do admit it he is dumb and stupid, I mean 3x in 7hrs lmao like I say in first comment .i used to hang with Scott a lot back in the days I know him well. I would love to hear it again on the newsbreak, lol
