The first Rhino release featured a disc made of see-through "blood-red vinyl," along with a life-sized Fred Blassie mask! (BidoLitos)

The record was first released privately in 1976 as a 7" 33 (RPM( by Glen Bray and Martin Margulies on the "Raunchy Tonk" label. Later, Rhino picked it up and released it as a 12" 45! (BidoLitos)
