-----------------------------------------------------------------

Like it's painted onto my glasses
No matter where I look
The scenery never gets better
Again, I'm disappointed at how boring today is
What kind of system is everyone living in?
To be honest, I'm crying because I feel like I'm going crazy
MORNING STATION not getting onto the packed train

I spent my youth in a room surrounded by locks
But then it came out of the radio
An electric monster
The speakers that only whispered
You blew them away with a breath
Defeating the hero this generation wished for right in front of me
POWER STATION I'll give you as much voltage as you want

BLUES DRIVE MONSTER
Please crush this depressing world for me
I've been waiting for you forever

The adults with a crease between their eyebrows
Using a friendly voice, the sound of their footsteps echoes
As they slowly get closer
They're carrying pistols
And they're aiming for your giant throat
They think they can communicate like that, they're so conceited
RADIO STATION break down the illusionary wall

BLUES DRIVE MONSTER
Please crush this depressing world for me
I've been waiting for you forever

In countless dreams
I sat on your shoulders as you ran
Until daybreak

Even if this song wasn't in Japanese, it would still be seriously demented. Just look at the translated lyrics.

It's about a bored/borderline depressed kid who sees a monster emerge from his radio and he asks it to "please crush this depressing world for me; I've been waiting for you forever". Even though the 'blues drive monster' is a metaphor for music, the imagery the lyrics paint for you are trippy & twisted, making this song a demented one indeed.
