Perhaps the real artist didn't want to be associated with ethnic stereotypes and simply passed the buck to the marketer to save face.
Whatever. I'll change the artist to its distributor for now since the other potential artists are discredited on more than one site that I looked at for all this. Just know that a marketing firm is unlikely to make things like this. But who knows? It's 4 am, I just woke up and I could easily be imagining all this....
