On one episode of the revival series MUPPETS TONIGHT (1997), Kermit (now voiced by Steve Whitmire) and Sandra Bullock performed a new version of this song, saying "Phenomena" instead of "mah-na, mah-na." (sav-man)

The song was originally featured in the 1970 movie SWEDEN HEAVEN & HELL. (sav-man)

This is one of the all-time Muppet "standards." An earlier version was often featured on SESAME STREET during the early 1970's. (sav-man)

The "male" voice is singing "The Lullaby of Birdland" when it breaks from the normal flow of Mah-na Mah-na (VulpesFulva)
