Very likely. I'm still hunting for proof so I can merge them. If nothing else, I fixed the name. It's 'Miku', not Miko.
Hatsune Miku is the anime poster girl (or the main one, anyway) for Vocaloid audio software [Crypton Future Media]. A "miko" is a Shinto shrine maiden, easily identified in countless anime by their red hakama (long, wide pants), white haori (kimono jacket) and often some white and/or red hair ribbons.
In the interest of peace & quiet, I left the name done properly. In Japan, among other places, family name comes first, then the given name - "Hatsune Miku" rather than the Westernized "Miku Hatsune".
Even though I know it's more correct to do it this way, I'm in the habit of using the Westernized names, in accordance with the "Grievous Mental Confusion Act of 1936" - a.k.a. the "Don't Confuse The F*ck Out of Everyone, You Bastard" Act.
I allow both to be used here as there are no solid rules about this. Not in this country, anyway.
