    Pico And Sepulveda

    Doheny....
    Cahuenga....
    La Brea....
    Tar Pits!

    La Jolla....
    Sequoia....
    La Brea....
    Tar Pits!

    You can keep Alvarado,
    Santa Monica,
    even Beverly Drive.

    Vine may be fine,
but for mine I want to feel
alive and settle down in my

    La Brea....
    Tar Pits....

    Where nobody's dreams come true.

Apparently a number of student films were made using this song after Dr. D introduced it to the KPPC auidence in 1970-1971.
Does anyone know if these still exist, or made it to a place like youTube?

Great tune recorded sometime in the 1940s. I heard in first in 1979, and then around 1983, but not since. It's about two streets in Los Angeles.
