Topic: What do you want in a streaming setup?

We could do something, maybe like that. The music licenses I have with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC allow me to stream shows, but not on-demand. However, maybe a "Request List" type format where people can request songs and they get added to a playlist... maybe sprinkled in amongst other songs (like the holiday theme).

Uncle Stavro will help sort this out with Captain Wayne...hopefully. All will be considered & the best scenario will be applied. I would hope the list chosen is malleable enough to accommodate everyone's ideas. Uncle is thinking an amendable holiday list & a conventional non-holiday list that anyone can suggest additions to can be put together. We'll just have to see.

If you can get the Mad Music Radio working again, it would be nice to be able to program different playlists and change them out for Valentine's Day, Talk Like A Pirate Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

Some have asked for more, different songs on the radio other than the Top 1000 that we typically play.

As I look into replacing the old SHOUTcast software for MadMusic Radio, I had the thought... what would you like in a streaming solution?

Some have asked for more, different songs on the radio other than the Top 1000 that we typically play.

I know some have asked for a way to stream a show without having to keep the web page open. That would be like the MadMusic Radio, but for a specific listener & show.

I know others have asked about an app where they would stream a show on their phone.

I'm not saying I can do any of these... yet. I'm just asking what is the most-wanted features, then I could look into if I could do those.

Or, do you think it's not needed at all?
