Put the name in both artist page member boxes and they'll auto-link.

Condello had multiple bands & solo projects/albums according to a few minutes of research. Some were purposely distinctive like the "Salt River Navy Band", which was made to cover/parody Beatles songs as it says above. He also had numerous separate solo collaborations.

The first step to dealing with complex artist configurations is to link them as I've just done. Then it can be decided if they all belong on one page like the Spike Jones page I made or simply linked like some of the Frank Zappa pages.

This is usually determined by how they were known when they were put to vinyl and how large their individual discographies are.

That is correct, as long as a artist member's name is spelled exactly the same as the person's artist page they two will be linked.

That is until we have multi-artist support for songs (and artists) then the link will be  a hard link.
