I compiled a list of this so far. I also discovered another royalty agency representing another client list of comedy performers, Word Collections. This is an incomplete list. (note: these two PROs don't touch royalty pays already collected from other royalty organizations that represent music recordings such as SoundExchange, etc.) Also, comedians accompanied by copyrighted songs (Billy Crystal's "You Look Mahvelous", country songs featuring Jeff Foxworthy and a country musician, etc,) are already covered by music royalty organizations.

Would this affect archived shows on any site that played spoken word artists such as these over the past several decades? George Carlin is one of the most popular spoken word artists played on the shows. Now the hosting provider of the shows has to have a license from Word Collections and Spoken Giants as well as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, and others like a worldwide music license? MixCloud has a license to play copyrighted spoken word recordings on the shows, but maybe not so for Dr. Demento and this site Mad Music? This needs to be looked into with advice from an attorney.
