It certainly does. Now that the podcast's done, I'm sitting here putting together MMS-151 (even though it says I'm offline) and I'm glad as all hell that I don't need to hunt down the numbers of requests to make a countdown.

Not having to do a Top Three probably saves some time as well.

Yeah, it goes along with the show redesign with each segment being a variation on the main theme. Not having to do a Top Three probably saves some time as well.

Tim P. Ryan:

I agree, the top requested songs of the theme or week don't need to go at the end of the show, they can go where they best play in the show.

That was a reference to the joke at the end - "Bouncing Baby Buoy"

"show about happy bouncy songs about not happy bouncy things, except maybe this one... and we have a phone request for it...."

You do realize the song's about John Denver killing himself by crashing his plane into the ocean... seems on-topic to me.

Whoop.. The Capt played my request! Thanks Capt (and Starvo)

I'm a little curious about the introduction though...

(no offense taken, you may just appreciate the song more if you know that)

Just called in a request of Bob Rivers' "Oh God I'm an Ocean Buoy"

I was going to pick a Tom Leher tune, but Jammin beat me to it! Looking forward to a great show.

We already have a countdown show now. The other shows do countdowns as well. It seemed redundant to me to bring it back. Wayne didn't tell me to put it back in, so I took it that he thought so, too.

We're seeing how the new features go down in the podcast, then he can decide what to add to the main show so that it's not just 'all theme' and nothing else.

I'm curious. Whatever became of the Top 3?

That one fits better into show 152. I'll put it there.

There, the playlist is done. Just need to make the script. From what I've read, it's a good thing I put off the all-request show for a few weeks. Everyone will be all 'requested out' soon.

Show 151 will be about a different but no less nasty sort of subject.

How can you just sit there when it's playing?

These are good. I'm almost done already. Just a few more...

I hesitate to start the requests for show 151 since there are so many request threads open right now.

Ok, this one's just plain evil. Request happy, bouncy tunes about horrible and/or disgusting things. Or, if you insist, just happy, bouncy tunes. It's more fun my way, though.

And for the love of Cthulhu, if you think of one, make Wayne happy and call his toll free number: 1-800-689-8312

You can also find the song easily with the expanded search function on the toolbar and hit the one-click request on its song page and we'll get your request immediately.
