Show Facts:
A lot of stuff in the Demented Datebook this week. We play some of the songs inspired by The Beverly Hillbillies, which debut 50 years ago this month on CBS-TV. One of them by listener demand made Weird Al's BH song #3 for the week. Ryan Hopak resurges to #1 with his 2003 hit Tribal Council in time for Survivor top open its new season. Keep on Cooking keeps on the FT20's Top Five for the fifth week in a row, and is a very serious contender for the Year-End Top 10 chart.

We also pay tribute to the 25th anniversary of "Star Trek: The Next Generation", as well as The Brady Bunch and The Flintstones in the Datebook feature.

Not played but noted on the FT20:
#19 One Shot at a Time - Flattened Squirrels
#17 T. N. T. - Richard Cheese
#16 Droidfriend - Teddie Films
#8 Top 10 Rejected Lionel Richie Song Lyrics - David Letterman featuring Lionel Richie
#7 Hey, Mr. Kotter! - David Tanny
