Show Facts:
It seems inconceivable that there are any Weird Al songs that we haven't played on the shows at some point, but there were. That got sorted out in the first segment of this show. (Stavro Arrgolus)
The title of segment six paraphrases a line in a Daffy Duck cartoon. Just because... (Stavro Arrgolus)

Are you certain this is the original version of Erik The Awful, by Ray Stevens? I used to listen to this on LP, and portions of the song are different.. The "aaugh!" part that his mother couldn't spell is only one yelp, and the way he says "stone to stone" is way more feminine and silly in the version I know.. There were other "yeah! yeah!" echos after the "hickey party" translation instead of awkward giggling in this version, among other differences..

Ray has had a long career and a zillion live performances. Any of these recordings could have replaced the mp3 for the original version. I don't even remember what the original sounded like. If the track on the song page isn't the original, maybe someone can send Stavro a copy of it to replace the mp3 with.
