Concern over legality, then a thorough investigation of the facts, then consultation and mutual consensus. ...And in the end, streaming instead of podcasting is better than tangling with the RIAA. Most things are.

Well, if you really want to, there are many programs you can find online to save streaming audio, then you could transfer it to your iPod.
