	fiogf49gjkf0d You forgot one more vaguely-important fact about 1996: "The Daily Show" premiered on Comedy Central with former ESPN anchor Craig Kilborn at the helm. Craig would surrender the hosting duties to Jon Stewart in 1999 and go on to host CBS' "The Late Late Show". :) Just sayin'. :)
