The Dr. Demento Show #78-29 - September 10, 1978
NOTE: Shows 78-1 through 78-29 were sent out with a "week of" air date listing the previous Monday. So show 78-29 was scheduled to air the week of September 4, although since most stations aired the show on Sunday, that would translate to September 10. Starting with 78-30, the numbering scheme was changed to be "weekend of", and due to an apparent miscalculation at Westwood One, 78-30 was scheduled for the weekend of September 9-10, i.e. the same as 78-29. What the stations ended up doing is unclear. Some may have skipped one or the other or some may have found time to air both. Some may have remained a week behind for several weeks after this. If anyone has any further information about this, please contact us! Thanks.
