The song played was misidentified as Snoopy vs. The Red Baron. It was in fact, Snoopy's Christmas.

Yeah, that was a screw-up on my part. I had substituted "Christmas" but forgot to update the playlist.

There really are a LOT of details to keep track of!

For a serious song on the Christmas truce(s) of World War I, check out John McCutcheon's "Christmas In The Trenchs" found on the CD Live at Wolf Trap. This CD also contains his narrative on the song, while a couple of compilation CDs contain only the song.
Some news report recently said that the number of English veterans who went through that experience now only number something like 90, or maybe the report was that there was only 90 WWI veterans alive, any service.
